Because of its opacity, you have to be careful with this concealer:

Use the tiniest, tiniest drop at a time.

Pat with your pinky or ringfinger on the thing to be erased.

It dries quickly, so don't dilly dally.

For under eyes, I mix the tiniest drop with an equally tiny drop of my facial moisturizer.

For under the eyes, I find I don't have to put foundation OR setting powder over the concealer. It stays put by itself.
