Publish Your Poems and Short Stories

Submission Guidelines

I'd love to publish your creative work. Send it to me via the Contact Us  page (the link is below), and I'll do my best to put it on my site. You will retain the copyright to your work - I'll make sure there's a copyright notice for you. There's no pay, because I'm starving to death too, and one more peanut butter sandwich is going to put me over the PeanutButterEdge, but you can link to your work and you can say on your resume that you've been ... yes, PUBLISHED.

Keep it clean and non-violent. It can be depressing as heck, but just nothing pornographic or kinky. I'm looking for real-life issues being worked out through poems and short stories.

And keep it as short as possible. Remember, your Internet audiences don't get cozy on their chaises with their chocolates and settle in for the night with poetry. Even if you've got a laptop in your bed, it's still the Internet and not a book. It's got to be short. For stories, try one of the new 500 word stories - it's quite a craft, if you can do it. Tell me something about your life, in an artistic way.

            Thanks!
